Nestled in the little town of Stowe, Vermont is my wholesome bakery, Stowe Bee.
Of the dozens of items offered at the bakery, our CAKES were (and still are) the hottest sellers: layers and layers of moist cake, rich fillings & fluffy frostings …what’s not to love? People loved the cakes so much they requested portable versions for their outdoor Vermont adventures and to bring back home! Thus, the CAKE JAR was born! Soon CAKE JARS were being shipped near & far.

As an award-winning professionally trained pastry chef, (Culinary Institute of America) I have cultivated my recipes for decades….constantly testing, tweaking, and improving. My team and I bring our dedication & passion to every detail of the baking process. We hand select the best, all-natural Vermont ingredients…like Cabot butter, King Arthur flour, local farm fresh eggs & Mt. Mansfield cream & milk.
